Common purchase questions, what each plan includes, payment method notes, and executor expectations.
Questions
Do I get both scripts?
Yes. One key unlocks Havoc and BRM5. They are sold as a single product, so there is no separate purchase, no separate key, and no add-on to buy.
Which plan should I pick?
Whichever length suits you. Weekly (4.99 EUR), monthly (9.99 EUR), and lifetime (19.99 EUR) unlock exactly the same scripts and features. Lifetime pays for itself in about two months.
I already bought Havoc or BRM5. What happens to my access?
You keep everything and gain the script you did not have, free. If you held lifetime for either one, you now have lifetime for both. If you held timed access to both, your merged key keeps the later of your two expiry dates. Your key was replaced by a new one and sent to your Discord DMs. Use /mykey if you missed it.
Can I upgrade from weekly or monthly to lifetime?
Yes, at any time. Buy lifetime and your existing key becomes permanent: the same key value, and the device it is already bound to carries over. You do not need to wait for your current time to run out.
What happens when my weekly or monthly key runs out?
The key stops working. Buy another term with /buy or the payment page and the same key is extended. Renewing before it expires stacks the new time on top of what is left, so you never lose paid days.
Is lifetime really permanent?
Yes. A one-time payment gets you a key that never expires. There is no subscription, nothing to renew, and no recurring charge.
Can I buy it for a friend?
Yes. Use the gift page or /gift send in Discord. They have to be in our Discord server, and they accept the gift themselves - the key is then created on their own account, not passed over from yours. If they already have time left, the gift stacks on top of it.
What if they never accept my gift?
It lapses after 14 days and no key is created. You can also cancel it yourself with /gift cancel while it is still unclaimed. Nothing is refunded automatically in either case, so open a support ticket and staff can refund it or send it to someone else.
Can I pay in Robux?
Yes, for any plan. Press Pay with Robux on the Discord panel or use /buy to open a ticket. The ticket gives you a store code, you enter it in the game linked there, and you buy it in-game. Staff confirm the sale by hand, so it is not instant like a card payment.
Why does Robux take longer than paying by card?
Card payments are confirmed by Stripe automatically. Robux has no equivalent, so a staff member checks your purchase against the Roblox transaction list before the bot issues your key. Buy inside the game rather than from the Roblox website, and stay in the game a moment afterwards, or Roblox can leave the purchase pending and reverse it.
Can I use alts?
Yes. You can use your key on multiple Roblox accounts. The rule is that the key belongs to one person, not one Roblox account.
Can I use it on two computers?
Not at the same time. A key binds to one device, and you can request a HWID reset through the Discord bot when you change setup. Because it is one key for both scripts, one reset covers both.
When do I get the key?
After Stripe confirms payment, the Discord bot automatically creates or extends your key and sends it to your Discord DMs. If DMs are blocked, use /mykey.
Why can checkout be higher than the listed price?
Listed prices exclude tax. Stripe may add applicable tax at checkout depending on your country, currency, and payment details.
Do free executors work?
Maybe, but support is not guaranteed. Use the supported executor list as the main reference, and ask first if you rely on a random or newer executor.
Does this unlock the other MultyHub scripts too?
No. Havoc and BRM5 are the paid scripts. The rest are free for now and are currently offline and unmaintained, but that can change.
